DKK 580.00 with breakfast for a standard single room.
DKK 675.00 with breakfast for a standard double room (with a 160 cm wide double bed).
All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) per room per night and include breakfast, VAT and WIFI.
All guests guarantee their booking with their own credit card.

Each guest can cancel up to 30 days prior to arrival, if necessary. In case of later cancellation or no show, the guest’s credit card will be automatically charged for the entire stay.
The hotels does not hold any rooms for us, but you can reserve as long as there is availability.
Period of stay:
The special discount is available for the nights from 16.01.2026 – 19.01.2026, but you can also choose fewer nights.

Public transportation in Copenhagen: You can purchase tickets in the ticket machines at the stations, but we recommend using the DOT Tickets app.
You can plan your journey via Google Maps or Rejseplanen (Journey Planner).
The destination (conference venue) is: H.C. Ørsted Bygningen at Universitetsparken 5, 2100 København Ø.
By Metro: You can walk to the København H (Copenhagen Central Station) which is only a 3-minutes walk away, and take the Metro M3 via Kongens Nytorv to the station Vibenshus Runddel, and walk 700 meters to the H.C. Ørsted Bygningen at Universitetsparken 5, 2100 København Ø.
S-train and bus: You can walk to the København H (Copenhagen Central Station) which is only a 3-minutes away, and take an S-train to Nørreport station, where you can change to bus 150S Kokkedal station or 184 Holte and get off at “Universitetsparken (Nørre Allé)” or take the 6A Emdrup Torv from Nørreport station and get off at “Nørre Campus (Tagensvej)”.
Bus and bus: You can walk to the bus stop “Polititorvet”, which is 300 meters away, and take the bus 5C Herlev Hospital from “Polititorvet” to Nørreport station, and change to bus 150S Kokkedal station or 184 Holte and get off at “Universitetsparken (Nørre Allé)” or take the 6A Emdrup Torv from Nørreport station and get off at “Nørre Campus (Tagensvej)”.
By bike: You can rent a bicycle at the hotel and experience Copenhagen by bicycle. The trip to the University Parks is 4.7 km long.
By walking: You can also walk to the conference venue (H.C. Ørsted Bygningen at Universitetsparken 5, 2100 København Ø) from the hotel. The trip is 4.7 km but takes you through the beautiful central Copenhagen.
