The conference will take place in Denmark from 17th-18th of January 2026.
We will also offer a hybrid format, but would recommend as many in-person attendants as possible, because we know from experience that the networking and discussions taking place during an in-person event is invaluable.
Due to generous funding from QATO Fonden and British Hedgehog Preservation Society, we are able to offer the following ticket prices:
Tickets can be purchased here through the Billetto website. You can change language settings in the drop down menu located in the lower right corner of the page. Online tickets are available for sale until 15th of January at 12:00 pm Danish time.
In-person conference attendance: 500 Danish kroner (= 67 € or £ 58)
This includes:
- Breakfast (croissants, fruit, coffee, tea) on both conference days
- Lunch on both conference days
- Coffee breaks with snacks and/or cake during both days
- Conference dinner on the 17th of January
- Conference bag including a conference book
- Access to recorded presentations after the conference
- The golden opportunity to meet and talk to all your international colleagues and form important networks and collaborations and exchange experience

The ticket portal charges a fee of 37 Danish kroner, so the total price per ticket is 537 Danish kroner.
Online attendance: 200 Danish kroner (= 27 € or £ 23)
This includes:
- Online attendance with online streaming of the presentations
- Access to a PDF version of the conference book
- Access to recorded presentations after the conference
The ticket portal charges a fee of 19 Danish kroner for this ticket type, so the total price per ticket is 219 Danish kroner.
Both ticket types are non-refundable, but it is okay if you decide to hand over your ticket to another person. In that case, please inform us about this on: info@hedgehogconference.com
